Juan D. Griego, 71, ascended into heaven on Thursday, September 16, 2004. He was the beloved husband of 50 years to Carmel Griego; devoted father to Richard Griego, Joan Major, and Jimmy Griego; and beloved grandfather to Rachel Griego, Sean Major, Jonathan Griego, Michael Major, and Justin Griego. He is also survived by his mother Eluticia; brothers, Mike, Paul, George, Solomon Jr. and Joe; and sister Annabelle. He is preceded in death by his father, Salomon Griego. Rosary will be recited on Sunday, September 19, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 20, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. at San Isidro Parish, Las Nutrias, NM. Friends may visit French Mortuary on Sunday, September 19, 2004 from 5 until time of Rosary.
