Anita R. Sandoval passed away on August 3, 2004 in Milwaukee, WI. She was a native of New Mexico and was born in 1928 on Palace Avenue in Santa Fe. She grew up in Albuquerque and was a graduate of Albuquerque High School and the University of New Mexico. Anita was a piano major and a bassoonist with the Albuquerque Civic Symphony for several years. She later moved to Madison, WI to raise a family and to pursue her career as a music teacher. Anita is survived by her sons: David Bowen of Milwaukee, WI and his children, Michael and Margaret; John Bowen of Lewisville, TX and his children, Hannah, Angela, and Nathan. She is also survived by her sister, Consuelo Sandoval, who resides in California. The memorial service will be held at Memorial Gardens 417 East Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM 87505, (505) 989-7032, on Sunday September 26, 2004 at 11:00 a.m.
