Elton Ray Hogland, 66, passed from this world and found peace on September 11, 2004. He leaves behind four children; Sharon, Russ and wife, Jane, Susan and husband, Paul, Dan and wife, Gena and their mother, Mary and their five grandchildren; Chelsea, Sarah, Taylor, Hannah and Jack; brother, Doyle and wife, Lou; sisters, Betty Jean and Frances and husband, Harold, along with many nieces and nephews, as well as all those who loved him. Although we deeply mourn his passing, we are comforted by his reunion with those of our family who have gone on before him. He joins his wife, Julie, parents Herschal C. and Ruth B. Hogland, brother, Herschal Jr., and great-nephew, Joshua. We would like to express our deep gratitude to those who extended to our family their emotional support and provided loving care to our father in these last months. Memorial services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Chapel in Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
