Violet L. Estes, 85, originally from Seattle, WA moving to Albuquerque in 1976, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2004. She is survived by her sons, Gerald L. Estes and wife, Kay of Spring, TX and Gary L. Estes and wife, Sandra of Lake Stevens, WA; grandchildren, Amy and husband, Shane Dunham, Bradley and Kurtis Estes. Violet was preceded in death by her husband, Fletcher on January 20, 1977; daughter, Annette Estes; sisters, Florence Brown and Ida Belle Miller; and brother, Chester Minnie. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held on Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, with Fr. Robert J. Kirsch officiating.
