Obituary for BRADSHAW

Robert "Bob" Bradshaw, age 77 and a resident of Albuquerque since 1990, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Pat; daughters, Kate Bradshaw and Deborah Bradshaw; and granddaughter, Alexis Bradshaw Robison, all of Albuquerque. Bob was born in Estancia Valley, the only child of Robert and Lucy Bradshaw. After serving in the US Navy, he graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in electrical engineering. Bob retired from Los Alamos National Laboratory after 30 years of service. He spent recent years with his family and was an avid supporter of UNM academics and athletics, a fisherman, a horseman, and a doting grandfather. Memorial service will be held Saturday, September 11, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel. Reception will follow in the Westside -Chapel Reception Center. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Public Academy of Performing Arts, where Bob's granddaughter attends high school, 4665 Indian School Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or to the UNM Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, E.C.E Bldg Room 125, MSC 01-1100, 1 University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM 871341-0001. The family extends special thanks to UNM Hospital and to Presbyterian Kaseman Hospice Unite for their expert, loving care.
