Johnnie, Sr. Johnnie Griego, Sr. October 22, 1951 - August 28, 2000. Hi Daddy, it's been 4 years now since Jesus made your mansion in heaven ready. We remember Mom telling us that God doesn't give more than we can handle, but on August 28 of 2000, we couldn't believe that because our hearts ached terribly. Today that ache is still there, but there's also a peace within us. All we can do now is keep your memories in our hearts, and that seems to somewhat alleviate the pain because those memories always make us laugh. You were funny, Daddy. We look so forward to the day we will join you again, to touch your hand, to embrace you, then the pain will be gone. But until then Daddy, make all of heaven laugh!!
