Connie Lauer, 81, of Valrico, FL, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2004. She is survived by her husband, Robert; son, Bruce Lauer and wife, Miriam; brother, Bobby Metz; sisters, Jane Woody and Georgine Amerage; two grandchildren, Kenneth and Joseph Lauer; and two great-grandchildren, Dylan and Logan Lauer. She resided in the Tampa area for 1 year coming from Albuquerque, NM, where she lived for 50 years. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. (today) Thursday, August 26, 2004 at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
