Obituary for BROWN

Hazel I. Brown, 93, a resident of Edgewood, died Sunday, August 22, 2004. She is survived by her brother, Clarence "Brownie" Brown of Pueblo, CO; several nieces and nephews; and longtime friend and colleague in the missionary field, Mildred E. Benton of Belen. Miss. Brown was preceded in death by her brothers, Carroll, Fay and Theodore; and sisters, Myrtle T. and Ruth K. She was a charter member of Grace Church of Albuquerque. A resident of New Mexico for 85 years coming from Kansas, she wrote and distributed across the United States gospel tracts and her booklet "The Dispensations". Services will be held Friday, 11:00 a.m., at the Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE, with Pastor Ken Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
