Obituary for TURNBULL

Harry Milton Turnbull, 82, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Lee of 20 years. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Oga. He is survived by his son, Kenneth; and grandchildren, Eric, Joseph, and Jennifer; his stepson, Matthew; and stepdaughter, Sabrina. He was born in Harford, WV. He served in World War II overseas in the United States Army from 1941-1946, was wounded and discharged with 100% disability. Harry was a loving and caring husband and father; his whistling will long be remembered. His last few weeks were spent at Manorcare Nursing Home with his wife never leaving his side. He died peacefully in the arms of his beloved Sari -as he called her. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 27, 2004 at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church where Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. A Committal Service will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
