Obituary for CSEPREGI

Frank Csepregi, 61, passed away on August 14, 2004 at the Cleveland Clinic due to complications following open-heart surgery. Frank was born in Budapest, Hungary and immigrated to the US in 1956 at the age of 14 following the Hungarian Revolution. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Washington and later went on to become a Mine Health and Safety Specialist for the U.S. Government. Frank proudly served our country as a Green Beret in the Special Forces of the Army. Since his retirement in 1986, he actively served our community as a member of the St. Pius Foundation Board of Trustees, the Kiwanis Club of Albuquerque and the Aquinas Newman Center Catholic Parish. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Alice Marosi-Csepregi; children, Cathy Csepregi of Chicago, Nicole Adams and her husband, Jerry of Indianapolis; mother, Magdalena Hollo; sister, Eva Hollo; and mother-in-law, Anna Marosi. A wake will be held Friday, August 20, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., and the funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2004. Both will be held at the Aquinas Newman Center, located at 1815 Las Lomas Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. Thank you to all who have extended your love, support and prayers during this difficult time.
