Len Eldon Mahuron, 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, died Tuesday, July 27, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carole Mahuron of Albuquerque; daughter, Amy Troy and husband, Casey of Eagle River, AK; grandchildren, Sara Troy and Andrew Troy, both of Eagle River, AK; sister, Jane Jennings and husband, Charles of Scottsdale, AZ; nephew, Mike Jennings and niece, Patti Jennings. Mr. Mahuron was a graduate of Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, TX and then served five years in the Army Air Corps. He was a charter pilot before working at Sandia National Labs where he retired in 1979 after 31 years of service. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Cryptside services will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2004, 2:00 p.m., at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel in Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE, with The Reverend Frank H.
