Stella G. Aragon, age 79, a life long resident of Belen joined Our Lord and Savior on August 13, 2004, surrounded by her loving family. She was a member of Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church and the Blessed Sacrament. Her family was everything to her and she loved special occasions when they were all together. Stella was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio "Tony" Aragon in 1981; her parents, Salomon and Nicolasa Gabaldon; and also her loving brothers and sisters. She is survived by her four loving children, Nolbert "Bert" Aragon and his wife, Aggie of Belen, David and his wife, Janice of Cuba, New Mexico, Milli and her husband, Jimmy Gabettas of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Randy of Castle Rock, Colorado; six grandchildren; one great grandson and another great grandchild due in September; one brother, Pat Gabaldon of Los Chavez, NM; and one sister, Louisa Ford of Belen. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many long time special friends and neighbors. A viewing will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2004 at Romero Funeral Home Chapel from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a rosary at 2:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, August 16, 2004 at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church at 9:00 a.m. with interment following at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens.
