TOM E. Mr. Tom E. Arias, 49, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 1, 2004. Tom is survived by his daughter, Clorinda Arias-Padilla and husband, Trinidad Sr.; three sisters, Patricia Otero and husband, Amadeo, Gerri Martinez and husband, Richard, Becky Valencia and husband, Paul; one brother, Gilbert Arias Jr.; two grandchildren, Trinidad Jr. and Sabreena; his aunt, Rose Aguirre; many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Clorinda; his father, Gilbert Sr.; his brother, Ricky; and his sister, Marilyn (Tinker). Tom was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church, 2005 Plaza NW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Terry Vargas. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Interment of cremains will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be T. J. Padilla, Ruben Aguirre, Richard Otero, Amadeo Otero, Paul Valencia, Gabby Gabaldon, Demmy Edwell and Richard Martinez.
