Helen Nancy Bellus, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, died Monday, July 19, 2004. She is survived by her son, Dr. Bill Valentine and wife, Carol; granddaughter, Velvet Valentine; and her cat, Baby. Helen was born in Warren, PA on December 23, 1920 to Walter and Jennie Schatzle. She moved to New Mexico in 1979 and retired in 1984 after 45 years at AT&T and Mountain States telephone. She was a member of La Mesa Presbyterian Church. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2004, 10:00 a.m. at La Mesa Presbyterian Church, 7401 Copper NE, with Rev. Trey Hammond officiating.
