Carroll C. Price 82, passed away at home on July 20, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Janice. He has two daughters, Carolyn Hungate and husband, Bill Hungate, and Carla Thompson and husband, Gary Thompson; four grandchildren, Tracy (Hungate) Grant and husband, Damon Grant, Todd Hungate, Brett Thompson, Eric Thompson; and three great-grandchildren, Ambriana Hungate, Payton Hungate, and Haylee Grant, all residents of Albuquerque. Carroll was born and raised in Chillocothe, OH. He served in the Army in World War II. He was a brick mason and received his training at Ohio State University. He and his family moved to Albuquerque in 1952. He was employed for 30 years at the University of New Mexico until he retired in 1989. He enjoyed his retirement; he loved roller skating. He spent many weekends at the lake with his grandsons Brett and Eric, and son-in-law Gary, jet skiing, fishing, working in the yard, and making wind chimes - he always had a project. He was a devoted husband, father and grandpa. Private services will be held.
