James Ray Heath, 34, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on July 1, 2004. He is survived by his son, Justin Heath; parents, Lucky and Nita Heath of Carlsbad, NM; sister, Missy Heath of Carlsbad; nieces, AshLynn and KateLynn Lunsford of Carlsbad; grandmother, Naomi Bunch of Carlsbad; grandparents, Hollis and Mildred Heath of Carlsbad; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at 2:30 p.m. at the Highland Theater. Refreshments will be served after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to any AIDS charity.
