John A. Moore, 77, a resident of Rio Rancho, died on June 8, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn Moore of Rio Rancho, NM; children, John P. Moore of Chino Hills, CA, Donna Martin of Albuquerque, Susan Torres of Temecula, CA, Steven Moore of Corrales and Chris Beatty of Rio Rancho and their spouse; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brother, Father James P. Moore of Albuquerque and sister, Mary Gross of Lakewood, CO. He was surrounded at the time of his death by his family who loved him. John retired from the Albuquerque Police Department and was a Navy Veteran of WWII. Cremation has taken place and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, July 17, 2004, 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 412 Stover SW with Rev. James P. Moore, celebrant.
