Georgia E. Shook, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, passed away after a long illness at Paloma Blanca on July 4, 2004. She is survived by her son, David Shook and wife, Carol of Grand Rapids, Michigan; brother, Glendon Brown of Albuquerque; sister, June Shafer of Winter Park, Florida; grandchildren, Krisandra Goeldel and husband, Bob of Rockford, Michigan and Chad Shook and wife, Jennifer of Grand Rapids, Michigan; great-granddaughter, Samantha Shook of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Georgia enjoyed watching UNM Lobo Athletics. She was retired from the Albuquerque Public Schools after 20 years of service. Cremation has taken place.
