Obituary for STONE

Ruth A. Stone, born April 11, 1915 in Illinois, died Wednesday, June 23, 2004. She was preceded in death by husband, Orville M. Stone. Surviving are two loved daughters, Marilyn Bertram and husband, Bobby of Albuquerque and Jean Bailey and husband, Lloyd of Las Vegas, NV; six beloved grandchildren, Lisa Tiano and husband, Jon, Jamie Bailey, Tammy Eary and husband, David, Tony Bertram, Laura West and Melissa Bertram; five dear great-grandchildren, Amber West, Anthony and Austin Tiano, Jonathan and Jason Eary; many nieces and nephews from coast to coast with whom she kept in touch and many of whom visited her frequently, including Connie Dunivan, Bob Soter, Jan Coray and Ed Presson. All were her special family as well as many friends in the Zia Roamers Chapter of the Good Sam RV Club and La Mesa Presbyterian Church. It would be remiss not to include Trudy Petersen who was always there for her and made so very many trips with her to the doctors. In order for family and friends to remember her as the active person she was, burial has taken place at Sunset Memorial Park. No funeral services are planned.
