Elma M. Milwit passed away at the home of her niece, T'Brin E. Back, on Friday, May 28, 2004. Two days earlier she celebrated her 94th birthday. Elma was born in Linwood, NJ. She worked as a teacher of adult education and for S&H Green Stamps. Always an avid reader, Elma loved word play and retained her sharp memory and clever wit to the end of life. She will be remembered fondly by her friends at the Albuquerque Grand, where she lived from 1989-2003, and by the many young people who loved her. Memorial at her niece's home, June 27, 2004.
