Obituary for MORALES

Isaac C. Morales, ae 47, passed away, after a long illness, on June 19, 2004 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Albuquerque. He was born on May 24, 1957 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. He moved to Albuquerque in 1976 when he married Donna Duran. He was a dedicated husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, nephew, and uncle and was loved by all. He is survived by his wife, Donna Morales. Also four daughters --Sonya Morales and Eugene; Felicia Medina and husband, Damian; Mandy Morales and John; and Shannon Morales all of Albuquerque. He is also is survived by his four beautiful grandchildren, Isaac Medina, Angelo Medina, Shaylene Olguin, and Eugene Olguin, Jr. all of Albuquerque. Two brother-in laws, Gene Duran and wife, Judy of Raton and Anthony Duran and wife, Deanna of Albuquerque; mother-in-law, Angie Duran of Albuquerque. He was also survived by his father and mother, Remijo and Hellena Morales of Carlsbad. Brothers, Remijo Morales, Jr. & wife, Jimmy Morales and wife, Corrina, Juan Morales, Ray Morales, Orlando Morales, Paul Morales and wife, Susanne, Michael Morales, Moses Morales, Edward Morales and wife, Maggie. Sisters, Viola Montanez and husband, Nilo, Irene Armendarez, and Veronica Morales. He also has many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles too numerous to mention. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sonya; maternal grandparents, Leonardo and Adela Castaneda; and paternal grandmother, Rita Fierro. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 21, 2004 at the New Beginning Church of God at 3601 Montgomery in Albuquerque with Pastor Richard Mansfield officiating. Services will begin at 7:00 p.m. Isaac Morales will be laid to rest in Carlsbad, New Mexico at the Santa Catalina Cemetery. Service times and burial in Carlsbad are pending.
