Herbert R. Brown, 83, a resident of Albuquerque from 1955 to 1994, died Thursday, June 17, 2004 in Perry, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife, Coralie Brown of Perry, OK; son, Max Brown and wife, Nancy of Wichita, KS; and four grandchildren, Stephanie, Luke, and Beka Brown and Holly Wells and husband, Jon, all of Wichita, KS. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Carmen Brown of Albuquerque and his father and mother, Walter and Nora Brown of Brownsville, TN. Herbert was retired from Dennison Door Co. and had been co-owner of the 66 Caf‚. He was a WWII veteran. Services will be Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at Manzano Baptist Church, 12411 Linn Ave. NE with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
