Senaida "Sadie" Gonzales-Buffington, 82, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, June 15, 2004. She was born June 11, 1922 in San Marcial, NM. Mrs. Buffington was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Buffington. She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Chavez and husband, David; sisters, Ruth Gonzales and Martha Jaramillo and husband, Johnnie; brothers, Savaldor Gonzales and wife, Bertha of Oakley, CA, Jose Gonzales and wife, Marcy of San Jose, CA and Juan Gonzales and wife, Claudia of Los Lunas; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Friday, 1:00 p.m., at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE, with Deacon Bob Lewis officiating. Pallbearers will be James Jaramillo, Jose Gonzales, Bennie Gonzales and Juan Gonzales.
