Obituary for HORGAN

Kenneth F. Horgan, 78, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, June 7, 2004. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Wilson of Kregsville, PA; daughters, Rickie Blansom of Joshua, TX, Mary Alice Winchell and husband, Michael Kaminski of Placitas and Patricia A. Avants and husband, Charles of Los Lunas; four grandchildren, Gwen Claus, Patrick Jester, Crista Jester and Brad Avants; and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Horgan was a retired Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force after 30 years and also served in the U.S. Army and in the U.S. Navy. He also retired form the United States Post Office after 25 years. Mr. Horgan was an instrumental in starting the Nuclear Museum in Albuquerque. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, 3:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
