Johnny J. Armijo, 53, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on June 3, 2004 peacefully at home with his loving family by his side. Johnny is survived by his daughter, Melissa Sandoval and husband, Chris; his parents, Jim and Virginia Armijo; three brothers, Lupe Armijo and wife, Barbara, Rudy Armijo and Donald Armijo; two sisters, Patricia Ramirez and husband, Frank, Irene Trujillo and husband, Alex; his grandmother, Mary Gutierrez; three grandchildren, Amber, Angel and Ashley; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Johnny was a member of the Catholic Church. A visitation for Johnny will be Sunday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 3:30 p.m. by Raymond and Mary Lucero. A final visitation will Monday morning from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frankie Lucero, Bennie Valdez, Raymond Garcia, Alex Trujillo, Gilbert Gutierrez and Frank Ramirez. Honorary pallbearers will be, Willie Benavidez and Chris Sandoval.
