Mary Margaret (Peggy) O'Herron, age 72, resident of Albuquerque for 62 years died on Monday May 31, 2004. Peggy was born December 10, 1931 in Ludlow, Kentucky to the late Earl and Margaret (Brennan) O'Connell. Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen Celine Blythe and husband, Joseph; and their daughters, Jennifer and Jessica, Barbara Ann Hamlet and husband, Roger; and their sons, Ben and Jason, Mary Ann Madrid and husband, Richard A; and their sons, Joshua and Nathan all of Albuquerque; sisters, Sally Beatty of Ohio and Sister Celine (Nell O'Connell) of the Carmalite Monestary in Santa Fe, N.M. Peggy was a loving wife to her late husband, John J. O'Herron who preceded her in death on November 16, 2002, a loving and selfless, mother, grandma and friend. Peggy was a longtime member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and a resident of Manor Care Sandia of nearly two years. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday June 2, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Burial will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Friday, June 4, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. Strong-Thorne Mortuary 842-8800
