Virginia Phillips Lippincott, 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, May 24, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Jan Downs and husband, David and grandsons, 1st Lt. Matthew Scott Downs, USMC, and 2nd Lt Daniel Bevan Downs, USA, all of Albuquerque; sister, Barbara Leet of Austin, TX and nephew, Mike Leet of Rockdale, TX. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, May 27, 2004, 4:00 p.m. at Montebello on Academy, 10500 Academy Road, NE.
