Sam Sadberry, 90, a resident of Albuquerque for many years, died on May 17, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Faye Sadberry of Albuquerque; five sons, Sam Sadberry, Jr., and wife, Joy of Flagstaff, AZ, Hugh F. Sadberry and wife, Carol of Phoenix, AZ, Jack Ross Sadberry and wife, Maxine of Bluewater Lake, NM, David Joe Sadberry and wife, Pam of Phoenix, AZ and Duane Sadberry and wife, Theresa of Gallup, NM; two daughters, Janeann Findley of Phoenix, AZ and Linda Lee-Broughton and husband, Wayne of Albuquerque. Sam is also survived by 28 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; one sister, Mable Abel of Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. Sam was a member of Heights Church of Christ. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 4:00 p.m. at French Mortuary - Westside Chapel with Dee Lancaster, officiating.
