Virginia Rose Kintner Kynor, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Thursday, May 13, 2004. She was 88 years, 9 months and 8 days old. Virginia was born in Sherwood, Ohio, the daughter of Charles and Edith Kintner. She had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1946. Virginia was a devoted wife and mother, an Avon Representative for 35 years, and active in her church and community. Her husband, Alden B. Kynor, her parents, a sister and a brother preceded her in death. She is survived by sons, James A. Kynor and his wife, Beverly of Colorado Springs, CO, and John C. Kynor, Sr. and his fiancee, Susan Brooke of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Margaret Kynor McGlaun and her husband, Garry of Gainesville, GA; brother, Dwight L. Kintner and wife, Eloise of Los Gatos, CA; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Monday, 1:30 p.m., at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
