Obituary for LUNA

Mr. Adolfo Luna, 79, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on April 22, 2004. Mr. Luna is the beloved husband of fifty years to Mrs. Rosie Luna. Mr. Luna is also survived by his loving children, Ronald Luna, Richard Luna and wife, Martha, Jim Luna, Louis Luna and girlfriend, Karen Marshall, Florence Gomez and husband, Jamie; one sister, Eva Aragon; seven grandchildren, Eli, James, Jessica, Joshua, Candace, Cody and Zachary; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Luna was preceded in death by his parents, Dario and Florencia Luna; a brother, Nick Madrid; sisters, Lola Marquez, Lucy Lujan, Tina Paiz and Guadalupe Padilla. Mr. Luna was a member of the Catholic Church, a Combat Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in World War I I, and a member of the American Legion Post # 72. A visitation for Mr. Luna will be Sunday afternoon from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with a Rosary to be recited at 4:00 p.m. A final visitation will be Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated 10:00 a.m by a Franciscan Friar . Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Military Honors by D.A.V. Chapter # 3. Pallbearers will be Roy Hernandez, Ruben Aragon, Eloy Aragon, George Griego, Pablo Griego and Orlando Garcia.
