Obituary for KELLY

Beatrice Kelly, 83, a resident of Albuquerque since 1945, and of Los Lunas since 1995, died Thursday, April 15, 2004. She is survived by her son, James L. Kelly and wife, Judy of Clovis, NM; two daughters, Patsy L. Ruff and husband, Chris of Lexington, SC and Carolyn G. Hancock and husband, Allen of Los Lunas, NM; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; sister Virgie Howard of Los Lunas, NM and numerous nieces and nephews. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Henry J. Kelly and son, Bobby J. Kelly. She was a long time member of Fruit Avenue Baptist Church and a current member of First Baptist Church of Bosque Farms, NM. Beatrice was also a member of the Desert Dolls' Club. She ran and operated the Buttercrust Bakery of Albuquerque for many years with her husband. Services will be held Monday, 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel with Pastor Sid West officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
