Lena Salazar, age 81, retired US Federal Government employee for Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington D.C. died April 7, 2004 in Texas. Mass of Christian Burial: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday April 13, 2004 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Celebrant Rev. Bolan. Entombment: Cuba Catholic Cemetery. Memorials: Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Cuba, NM. Lena Salazar was born August 17, 1922 in Cuba, NM. She was a former resident of Temple Hills, MD. for many years. Ms. Salazar was preceded in death by her parents, Edwardo Salazar and Patrosinia Salazar; sisters, Mabel Salazar, Lillian S. Madrid, Emma S. Sanchez, Lucille Martinez; and two brothers, Frank and Edwardo Salazar Jr. Survivors: sons, Philip A. Streib his wife, Mary Jo of Benbrook, TX. Terry E. Streib and his wife, Lisa of Columbia, MD; eight grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and sisters, Ernestine S. Suazo of Sacramento, CA.
