Virginia L. Meyer, age 84, died Friday, March 26, 2004. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Milton Meyer of Albuquerque, daughter, Letha Oman and her husband Don of Albuquerque; grandchild, Jennifer Oman of Phoenix, AZ; cousins, Roberta Nichols of Long Beach, CA, Marie Millett, of Sarasota, FL and Monnie Hunt of Arkansas City, KS. Virginia was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a lover of the Southwestern Mountains, music, literature and poetry. She was a woman of incredible faith who was an educator and lifelong learner. She was a true lady with a great sense of humor. Virginia was selfless and never hesitated to give to others. In lieu of flowers please send memorial contributions to McCollum Elementary Library, 10900 San Jacinto, 87112.
