Louis Edward Bessen, 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1955, died on Sunday, March 14, 2004. He is survived by his two daughters, Nancy Satches and husband, Joseph of Albuquerque, and Marilyn Berger and husband, Ervin of Las Cruces, NM; son, Roger Bessen and wife, Loyola of Albuquerque; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ernest Bessen and Roy Bessen, both of Ewen, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion J. Bessen. Louis retired from Duke City Lumber. Graveside services will be held Friday, March 19, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE. French Mortuary 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE
