Anna Belle Border, 76, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, died Friday, March 5, 2004. She is survived by her daughter, Patty Vasquez of Albuquerque; son, Ronnie Tobias of Reading, PA; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister. She was a member of Northdale Baptist Church. Anna Belle was a state employee for 19 years and a prominent member of the American Business Women's Association and Mountain View Rebekah Lodge # 36. Anna Belle loved making friends with anyone she met and collecting things. Services will be Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lovelace/Sandia Hospice, 5403 Gibson Blvd. SE, Siesta Hills, Bldg. 1, 87108.
