Steven N. Burchett, a resident of Albuquerque since 1969, died very suddenly Friday morning, March 5, 2004. Steve is survived by his wife, Sue Burchett; daughter, Sherri L. Weinmaster and husband, Eric, of Ft. Collins, CO; son, Spencer N. Burchett of Ft. Collins, CO; grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah and Zachary Weinmaster; brother, Wendell Burchett and wife, Gabby, of Boulder, CO; sister, Beth Jackson and husband, Bill, of Seiling, OK; brother, Stuart Burchett and wife, Carolyn, of Weatherford, OK; brother-in-law, Harry Fenimore of Stillwater, OK; mother-in-law, Ersel Hedrick of Seiling, OK; brothers-in-law, Sid Hedrick of Seiling, OK and Bruce Hedrick of Oklahoma City, OK; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, Ray and Vera Burchett and sister, Phyllis Fenimore. Steve was a member of Hoffmantown Church. He was employed with Sandia National Labs for 36 years. Services will be held on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. at Hoffmantown Church. 8888 Harper NE, with Steve Kunkle officiating. Interment will take place in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel, on Monday, March 8, 2004, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Contributions may be made to Hoffmantown Church.
