Obituary for MONTOYA

Natividad Montoya, 72, went home to be with the Lord on March 2, 2004. He was born on December 28, 1931 in Cabezon, New Mexico. Mr. Montoya was a Korean Conflict Veteran, a member of the American Legion Post 13 and was a parishioner of San Felipe Catholic Church since 1957. He is survived by his wife, Theresa B. Montoya of 47 years; sons, Rudy L. Montoya and Liz Montoya and Steve R. Montoya; sisters, Epifania Montoya, sally Garcia and husband Pete, Theresa Jaramillo and Seferina Lopez and husband Felipe; one grandchild, Michelle Vigil and Frank and one great grandchild, Janessa Mariah Vigil. Natividad will be deeply missed by his loving family. Visitations will be held Sunday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Garcia Mortuary. A rosary will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. also at the San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Anthony Aragon, Martin Martinez, Leroy Martinez, Frank Vigil, Robert Apodaca and Larry Montoya.
