Bernardino Garcia, 86, went home to be with the Lord on February 27, 2004. He was born on June 30, 1917. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Augustina Garcia; two sons Florival Garcia and wife Kathy and Benjamin Garcia and wife Rose; six daughters Merlinda Muller, Lena Gutierrez, Mary Ann Ortiz and husband Luciano, Pauline Garcia, Gloria Jean Gutierrez and husband Eloy and Reina Romero and husband Manuel; two brothers Henry Garcia and wife Augustina and Santos Garcia and wife Virginia; three sisters Mabel Duran and husband Fedincio, Vivianita Gurule and Dormina Garcia; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Bernardino will be deeply missed by his loving family. Private funeral services will take place. Services are in the care of: GARCIA MORTUARY 717 Stover Ave. S.W. 243-5222
