Edwin L Jenkins Jr. (Ed) Peacefully passed away while at his home in Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his father Dr. Edwin L. Jenkins and his motherVernon Hallet Jenkins. He is survived by his wife Ernestine (Tina) Noedel Jenkins, son Van Eric Jenkins and wife Jeanelle of HopKinvilleKy. and five (5) grandchildren- Jason, Brian, Adam, Amy and Emily Jenkins. Step-children Jerry Noedel and wife Elvira (Shorty) Noedel of Santa Fe, Mike Orrison wife Connie Warrensburg Mo. Richard Noedel -Doris Noedel Albuquerque, Tom and Anna Dannenbaum -Scottsdale AZ., 13 grand children and sister Mrs. Bobbie Bell. Mr. Jenkins was a World War II veteran serving in Japan as an Officer for the United States Air Force. He retired from the Sandia Laboratories after 27 years of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lovelace Hospice fund, 5403 Gibson Blvd. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, to enable his many wonderful friends to honor his memory.
