Sylvia Silver, 86, a resident of Albuquerque for 21 years, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 16, after a brief illness. Sylvia was a longtime employee of The Town House Dress Shoppe. Sylvia will be remembered for her quick wit, sense of style, wealth of movie trivia and her beautiful singing voice. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert J. Silver; her parents, Minnie and Joseph Kleinberg, and her siblings: Meyer, Samuel, Sydney, Charlotte, Mollie, and Mildred. She is survived by her beloved children: daughter, Shelley Padilla and husband, David, and son, Neil Silver and wife, Clara. She is the cherished grandmother of Jessica Padilla and Christopher Priola. She is, also, survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
