Billy Joe Litchford, 71, a resident of Albuquerque for 32 years, died Saturday, February 14, 2004. He is survived by his brother, Earl Litchford of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Nellie Litchford. Billy Joe was in the US Air Force and retired in 1972. He then made his home in Albuquerque and liked to hunt and fish.
