Chad Q. Lindell, 71, passed away Sunday, February 15, 2004. He was born on April 1, 1932; to Lloyd F. Lindell and Ruth Nelson Lindell, both deceased. Chad leaves behind his wife of 38 years, Kathryn; son, Daniel Lindell; his only sister, Judith Hamman and her children, John, Susan and Melissa. He was born in Superior, WI, and is a graduate of University of Wisconsin at Superior with a degree in history, his lifelong love. Through his avocation and a complete restoration of a 1964 Mercedes 230SL, he met many people and developed cherished friendships. Chad proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Air Force for 26 years, first as an enlisted member and then as a maintenance engineering officer, retiring at the rank of Major. Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 19, 2004, 10:00 a.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 or to the charity of your choice.
