W.D. "Dave" Bruner, 86, beloved son of Florence Miller Hazell entered into eternal life on February 1, 2004. Dave was born in Kansas on July 12, 1917. Dave previously lived in California, prior to becoming a resident of Albuquerque, and worked as a schoolteacher most of his life. His stepdaughter, Kathy Kang, and cousins, Max and Maryanne Miller, Daryl Carl Jr. Miller, survive him. Everyone around him will truly miss his good sense of humor and good deeds. He died after several years of suffering from Parkinson's disease at the Albuquerque Manor Nursing Home. New Mexico Mortuary will administer cremation. His ashes will be joined together with his beloved wife's (Helen Bruner) ashes and placed at his wife's sister (Irene Ferguson) family cemetery.
