Sydney Bain Valentini joined her husband, Frankie in heaven, on Tuesday, February 3, 2004. Her loving family was by her side and she will be greatly missed by them and a host of friends. She was a pillar of strength for her family and friends and touched the lives of everyone that knew her. She was a beloved wife, mother, nana, daughter and sister. Sydney is survived by her son, Brandon and wife, Sarah; granddaughter, Elise; and grandson, Jeremy Valentini; mother and father, Lou and Don Wooten; her sister, Ava and husband, Richard Bickel; brothers, Griff and wife, Mary Wooten and Brett Wooten; niece, Lynzy Bain Wooten; nephews, Wayne and Dow Bickel, Joshua and Jacob Wooten. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Make a Wish Foundation of NM, 5301 Central Ave NE., Albuquerque NM 87108 or Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Research, PO Box 750, New York, NY 10131-0304. Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 9, 2004 at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4830 Tramway Ridge Dr. NE Albuquerque NM, at 11:00 a.m. with Father Ark officiating.
