Charles Edward Santillanes passed away at home on January 26, 2004. He is survived by his wife, Marcia; four daughters, Katherine Carr, Tina Englefried, Riki Twist, Kimberly Bonner; one son, David Burch; ten grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Charles enjoyed participating in California politics with his close friends. Charles helped establish the New Mexico Lottery and enjoyed being involved in the New Mexico and California lotteries. While in New Mexico, Charles and Marcia invested and worked in Real Estate. Cremation has taken place and as Charles has requested there will not be any services.
