Obituary for ST. JOHN

Martha Moya St. John, a life long resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 23, 2004. She is survived by her loving husband Chris St. John; daughters Karen St. John, Valerie St. John, Christina St. John-Griffith and husband Kevin, and Judy St. John; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vera Gonzales, Gloria Morales, Priscilla Conkrite; sister-in-laws- Virginia Benavides, Gloria Moore, Mary Espinosa, Jovida Espinosa, Irene St. John; several nieces and nephews. Martha was a 1952 graduate of Albuquerque High School and attended Highlands University in Las Vegas. She was the owner and operator of Senior Citizens Manor, retiring in 2001 due to health. A rosary will be recited Monday, January 26, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 10:30 am at Sangre De Christo Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum, 7500 Paseo Del Norte NE. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren, Robert and Chris Edmondson, Matthew and Mark St. John Levi Griffith and son-in-law Kevin Griffith. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Henry Espinosa, Richard Espinosa, Gilbert Benandes, Ray Moore, Richard Morales, and Julio St. John. Arrangements are under the direction of: Fitzgerald & Son Funeral Directors 3113 Carlisle Blvd.
