Robert L. Fort Sr., Age 82 passed away on Friday, January 16, 2004. He was resident of New Mexico for 44 years. He is survived by his children, Robert L Fort Jr., William C. Fort, David C. Fort and wife, Lois, and Edward P. Fort, Elanie J. Fort, Debra M. Gutierrez and husband, Leo, and Cheryl Pohl. His brothers, William Fort and wife, GiGi, Alvin Ray Chance and one sister, Maxine Fort. He also has 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews including Connie Skull and husband Leroy. He was a WWII Veteran in which he received a Victory Metal. He was an active hunter and fisherman. He retired from the Federal Government. Private Internment will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
