Tedd P. Gillespie, a resident of New Mexico since his birth in Springer on November 19, 1929, died peacefully in his sleep Monday, January 12, 2004. Preceded in death by his wife, Laurita, he leaves his children Amy and Pete Gillespie and his grand sons Brian Gillespie and Rex Hoeltke. His family members Florence Gillespie and Margy Wienbar of Albuquerque and Alice Hoeltke of Stanley, and Sally Walker and family of Alamogordo, will remember him as a quiet, creative and talented craftsman. He retired in 1994 after being a lifelong member of Bricklayers Local #2. He loved the outdoors and a daily crossword puzzle. Cremation and ennichement has occurred.
