Rebecca "Becky" Sewell Brown, 63, died Wednesday, January 17, 2004. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Russell W. Brown of Albuquerque; daughters, Rene Denise Brown Newton and husband, Allen and Amy Beth Brown all of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Rachel, Abigail and Jessica; mother, Bessie Sewell; sister, Ginger Spath; brothers, Byron Sewell and wife, Vicki, James Sewell and wife, Pam, and Nathan Sewell and wife, Jan; and many other family and friends. Becky was a former member of Fruit Avenue Baptist Church and was currently attending Calvary Chapel. She was a graduate of Albuquerque High School and went on to attend UNM. Services will be held Saturday, 1:00 p.m. at First Spanish Fruit Avenue Baptist Church, 812 Fruit Ave. NW. Interment will follow at Sandia Memory Gardens. Friends may visit Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE 843-6333
