Della In Loving Memory of Della I. "MoMo" Jacobs February 1, 1916 - January 9, 2004 Della was born in Bronson, Kansas and moved to New Mexico in the early 1940's. She was a valiant lady who raised her family alone and was a stalwart matriarch of a large family. She is survived by her children, C. Myron and Lydia Minich, Bernice and Lynn Snider, Don and Louise Minich and Johanna Colburn; sister, Flora Nell Whitmore; grandchildren, Hillary Armstrong, Russell Minich, David Minich, Darcy Painter, David Painter, Janni Snider, Mark Snider, Jill Snider, James Minich, Justin Minich, Sally Minich, Ivan Wells and Jerry Wells; 13 great grandchildren and many nieces nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her husbands Cecil Minich, Ralph O'Kelly and C.L. "Jake" Jacobs; her parents, Albert "Bert" Hickson and Cora "Codie" Hickson; sisters, Ellen Osborn, Bonnie Hindman and Mary Belle Williamson; brother, Roy Hickson; and granddaughter Bonnie Wells. Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2004 from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Chapel of Sunrise, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Chapel of Sunrise. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Hillary Armstrong, James Minich, Ivan Wells, Jerry Wells, Molly Wells, and Gary Whitmore.
